Job Position – Infection Control Nurse

Saudi German Hospital – Ajman is seeking a qualified and dedicated Infection Control Nurse to join our Quality Department. If you’re passionate about improving patient safety and driving high standards in infection prevention, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate hospital-wide infection prevention and control programs
• Conduct surveillance and analysis of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs)
• Ensure compliance with infection control policies, protocols, and regulatory standards
• Provide training and mentorship to clinical staff and link nurses
• Prepare and present reports to the Infection Prevention and Control Committee
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in infection control
• DHA License (mandatory)
• Certification or formal training in Infection Control (preferred)
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
