Job Position – Interior Designer
Company Name – Panamera Landscapes & Pools
Mid level Male or Female.
-With 2 -5 years’ experience in Dubai with fit out company or Contracting company.
-Hands on with Auto Cad, 3D Max, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, MS office & shop drawing experience. Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent.
-Must be ready to work under tight deadlines. Excellent detailing, coordination with MEP services, structural and ID works.
-Conceptualize design, 3D renders, graphic presentations and Hand sketches, Ability to visit the site and take dimensions and have an eye for all details on site.
-Space planning and prepares detailed drawings, designs, plans, models, material & mood boards. Organizing and attending meetings relating to the project site/client/sub-contractors and present necessary reports.
-Preparing and Review Quotations/BOQ and experience on finishing materials and technical aspects. Coordinates program activities design to manage high-end floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works, etc.
-from the conceptual stage through the life cycle of the projects. Ensuring the design to be amended as per authorities’ standards of (ADWEA, DMT, ADHA, & DOH etc.).
-Handle authority approvals of local agencies and Coordinate with them to obtain drawing approvals and Work Permits.
-Prepare material submittals, presentation and maintain records and get approvals from client and management.
