Job Position – Internal Audit Manager

Supporting an international business in the manufacturing & distribution sector
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational audits, understands how a business runs day-to-day, and can work independently while partnering closely with senior leadership across the region. There’s also a clear path to step into a more senior audit role in the future.
What You’ll Do
-Lead and deliver the annual audit plan
-Conduct operational, financial & compliance audits
-Strengthen internal controls & risk frameworks
-Present audit insights to senior leadership
-Drive action plans and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
-Degree in Finance/Accounting (CIA/CPA preferred)
-5–7+ years’ internal audit experience
-Strong exposure to manufacturing / distribution
-Sharp analytical & reporting skills
-Able to work independently and influence stakeholders
