Job Position – IT Admin cum Site Support Engineer

Seeking a highly skilled IT Admin cum Site Support Engineer to manage and maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure across both the head office and various project sites. This role blends system administration, network security, and field support, ensuring seamless IT operations and high system availability across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
Firewall & Network Security
– Configure, manage, and maintain FortiGate Firewalls (200F & 40E), including policies, VPN setup, and security management
– Configure and maintain Aruba switches and Omada Wi-Fi access points for stable and secure connectivity
– Server & Systems Management
– Configure and manage Sangfor Virtual Machine Servers (DC, ADC, SQL Server, Mail Store, Printer Server)
– Install and manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group Policies, and secure File Share access
– Monitor and ensure performance, reliability, and security across all server environments
– Administer Office 365 accounts including setup, migration, and troubleshooting
– Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure integration with on-premise systems
– Implement and maintain Veeam backup solutions for data protection and disaster recovery
User & Application Support
– Provide Level 2 & Level 3 technical support to employees and internal IT team
– Manage IT operations and provide on-site support at construction project locations
IT Operations & Procurement
– Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems
– Monitor system uptime, network availability, and IT service continuity
– Support IT procurement by identifying needs and coordinating purchases
Required Skills & Qualifications
– Strong knowledge of firewall administration, networking, and virtualization
– Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory & Group Policy
– Hands-on experience with FortiGate, Aruba, Omada, and Sangfor technologies
– Proficiency in Office 365 administration and Veeam backups
– Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
– Willingness to travel to multiple construction sites (Self Car required)
– Must be currently residing in the UAE
