Job Description

L1 Outsource Engineer for UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.

Knowledge and Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Hardware and Software Support, Desktop support, and Network, Operating Systems in an ERP environment.
Essential:
Degree in Computer Science and specialized training in Network, Operating Systems, and IT Support, Knowledge of Operating Systems such as Windows 7 to Windows 11, and Good knowledge and understanding of the core business process.
Desirable:
An advanced professional certification e.g., MCSE or MCP
Job Skills:
maintenance and fault-finding skills, good communication, team player, independent judgment, time management.
Behavioral Competencies: Analytical thinking, solutions orientation, transparency, integrity
Terms and conditions
Joining time frame: (15 – 30 days)
