Job Position – IT Desktop Support

Salary: Up to AED 4000

Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in IT Support

Perform the installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, workstations and other related equipment and devices Support users in their daily activities and ticket management.
Ensure the office IT infrastructure is always available Demonstrated technical proficiency in LAN, WAN, Network Management and security.
Knowledge of Office 365 Administration
Troubleshooting of hardware and software
