Job Position – IT Desktop Support Specialist
Full-Time, Permanent
In-House Support Engineer for operations in Abu Dhabi.
Hiring an immediate joiner currently residing in the UAE with Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
-O365 & Infrastructure: Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365. Manage Windows Server, backups, network config (DNS, firewalls).
-Hardware & Systems: Provide expert support for desktops, laptops, printers, and wireless. Oversee PABX, Biometric, CCTV, and NAS systems.
-F&B/Retail Focus: Handle POS machine setup, Printer KOT configuration, and barcode generation. Coordinate ERP/POS Vendor Management.
-Operations: Resolve issues via helpdesk/ticketing. Prepare IT reports (basic Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot, Filtering).
-Communication: Excellent liaison with users and vendors,
Requirements:
-Min. 6 years’ Help Desk/Desktop Support experience.
-Min. 4 years’ desktop/infrastructure support in the UAE.
-Advanced knowledge of O365, server/storage, and network hardware (routers, switches).
IMPORTANT NOTE:
-Must currently reside in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and be available for immediate joining.
