Key Responsibilities:
– Support, maintain, and improve the company’s IT infrastructure across all departments and projects
– Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
– Administer and maintain Windows and Linux systems
– Manage network administration, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
– Provide user support and service desk operations to ensure smooth workflow
– Monitor and maintain IT security, applying best practices and policies
– Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
– Collaborate with internal teams to align IT systems with project needs and company policies
– Maintain documentation and reports related to IT operations

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
– 4–5 years of relevant IT experience
– Hands-on experience in:
Network administration and troubleshooting
System administration (Windows / Linux)
Hardware and software maintenance
IT security basics
User support and service desk operations
– Fluent in English (spoken and written)
