Hiring IT Hardware Support Executive
Location : Dubai
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Assembling, configuring, troubleshooting & maintenance of Desktop PCs & laptops for Head office & Retail outlets.
· Installation, maintenance & troubleshooting of device like Printers/copier, scanners in Head office & Retail outlets.
· Data Backup
· Time & Attendance System: Installation and monitoring of TAS.
· Visit to Stores/offices for any IT related issues.
· Managing Inventory & distribution of Printer Toner/cartridges for Head office & Retail outlets.
· New Store IT Setup:
· Configuring, managing VPN setup for connection between retail outlets
· Manage cloud music enabled in all outlets.
· Repair laptops & desktops with spare parts available from old devices.
