Job Position – IT Head

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of experience in IT management, including 8+ years handling Orion Financial and/or Zoho systems.
Strong understanding of financial systems, CRM, analytics, and business processes.
Proven experience in systems integration, customization, and administration. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of data security, compliance standards, and best practices.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
Preferred Competencies:
Hands-on experience with Orion Financial system administration.
Proficiency in Zoho suite applications, including customization and workflow automation.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to assess business needs and recommend technology solutions for IT Distribution
