Timing- (US Shift) 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (IST)
Skiils:
1. Experience in providing voice support.
2. Experience in Office 365,Ticketing tool, Active directory.
3. Troubleshooting laptop, printer,desktop.
4. Mandatory experience in providing support to international clients.
5. Strong communication skills
