Job Position – IT Network and Desktop Support Engineer

As an IT Network and Desktop Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting and securing client IT ecosystems — ensuring smooth operations across networks, endpoints, and cloud platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role (with remote collaboration opportunities).
What You’ll Do:
– Configure and maintain Windows Server environments for client infrastructure
– Manage network devices including Firewalls, Routers, and Wireless Access Points (Fortigate experience preferred)
– Deploy and troubleshoot Endpoint Security, Email Security, and Backup solutions (Acronis preferred)
– Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace services
– Handle Windows Desktop OS setup, support, and troubleshooting
– Collaborate with client and internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements
– Maintain up-to-date system documentation and ensure compliance with IT security policies
What We’re Looking For
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support and infrastructure
– Strong knowledge of Windows Server & Desktop OS, network configuration, and troubleshooting
– Familiarity with Fortigate firewalls, Acronis Cyber Security, and Microsoft 365 administration
– Experience managing Google Workspace environments
Preferred Certifications
– ?Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / M365 Administrator

?- CompTIA Network+ / Security+
