Job Position – IT Oracle Support Executive

Company is seeking an experienced IT Oracle Support Executive to join team. As an IT Oracle Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our company’s Oracle-based applications and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and provide technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Oracle-based applications and systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and design technical solutions
Debug and troubleshoot issues with Oracle-based applications and systems
Develop and maintain technical documentation, policies, and procedures
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Oracle-based systems
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support for Oracle-based applications and systems
Strong knowledge of Oracle database and its ecosystems
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL programming languages
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
