Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of IT PMO & Enterprise Applications, the PMO Coordinator oversees the administration needs of projects and programs to support the overall governance & effective performance management of all initiatives.
The PMO Coordinator ensures that the projects/programs are run smoothly and well organize by supporting the PMO team, Program & project management teams with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings and information requirements.
Requirements
In order to be consider for this role you should have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a relate field and 3-5years experience in a project base roles.
You must be able to demonstrate knowledge of concepts relate to the management of a project.
Experience working in a PMO and/or setting up a PMO are consider an advantage, alongside certifications in Project Management,
MS Dynamics and MS PowerApps and experience working with Agile & Hybrid Agile/Waterfall projects.
