Job Position – IT Project Manager

ERP Implementation
To lead the implementation of the 3E (Thomson Reuters) legal application from the firm’s side. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and project management, along with in-depth knowledge of legal firm operations. This role involves collaborating with business users, vendors, and C-level executives to ensure successful ERP implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution: Develop, execute, and manage project plans for the ERP implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business users and C-level executives to understand their needs and ensure alignment with project goals.
Vendor Coordination: Work closely with ERP vendors to facilitate implementation processes, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting notes, and user manuals.
Change Management: Support change management initiatives by communicating project updates and training users on new systems and processes.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
Performance Monitoring: Track project progress against objectives and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
Experience:
Minimum of [7+ years] experience in project management, specifically with ERP implementation.
Proven experience working in a legal firm or with legal applications.
Strong background in accounting, finance, billing, and credit control.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with C-level executives and diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
