Job Position – IT Project Manager – Security & Compliance

Responsible for leading and delivering IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects that align with business objectives and regulatory standards, particularly the SAMA Cybersecurity Framework. This role manages projects related to Azure Cloud Migrations ,Network Access Control (NAC), patch management, Email Gateway Security and IT security compliance, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and adherence to governance policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and deliver IT security and cloud infrastructure projects within scope, time, and budget.
Ensure compliance with CIS, Cybersecurity Framework and internal security policies.
Lead implementation of NAC, patch management, and Azure Cloud Solutions
Manage vendors, third parties, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance.
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and remediation activities for regulatory readiness.
Prepare reports, KPIs, and dashboards for senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field (master’s preferred).
5–10 years of IT project management experience, including 3+ years in cybersecurity or infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of SAMA Framework, OCI, NAC, and ITIL processes.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification required; CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
