We are looking for a highly experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. We’re Hiring: Sales Executive – Cyber Security & IT Security Solutions: – Are you a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record in the UAE market? Do you have a passion for cyber security and information technology security products?
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the UAE market.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique security needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Customer Presentations: Conduct engaging and informative presentations to showcase our products and solutions, demonstrating value and ROI to potential clients.
• Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and clients to secure favourable terms and maintain competitive pricing.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services, while evaluating performance for continuous improvement.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and product offerings, facilitating seamless project delivery.
• Sales Reporting: Track and analyse sales metrics to monitor performance against targets and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Lead Generation: Develop and execute initiatives to generate new leads and expand the customer base through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Training and Mentorship: Provide training and guidance to junior sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

-Proven experience in sales within the cyber security and IT security sectors.
-Strong understanding of the IT Industries and its unique challenges.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Required Qualifications:
• Master’s or bachelor’s Degrees.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an inside sales role within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of IT products and services.
• Proven experience in preparing proposals, quotations, sales pipelines, and managing invoices.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
