Job Position – IT Service Desk

Location : Dubai, UAE (Tagalog Speaking)
Requirement:
Oversee service incidents, requests, and problem management to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvements.
Serve as a point of contact for end-user queries regarding IT services and support.
ITIL Process Implementation:
Implement and improve ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices for service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of service requests, incidents, and resolutions.
Provide regular updates to management on service delivery status and ongoing improvement initiatives.
