Hiring IT Service Desk Agent for our client in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Note- Only Arab Nationals, UAE Based
Installing and con?guring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Providing technical support across the company
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Testing new technology.
Dealing with technical and software problems related to smart government services
Take ownership for the entire IT service of the organization
Office 365 Administration, managing the tenants listed, Exchange and Azure active directory
Developing strategy & governance processes utilizing (ITIL) V3 and ITSM practices; ensuring Service Level Agreement adherence,
establishing 24X7x365 handover mechanism.
Ensuring all hardware and software are maintained with support contract and perform periodic maintenance – security patching, updating etc
Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
