Job Position – IT Service Desk Engineer

Service Now and Basic EUS Skills
Location: Dubai
-Service Now ticketing tool knowledge and proficiency in Service Now is a MUST.
-Excellent skill with Service Now Reporting, Provide reports to Management.
-Experience working at an IT Service Desk or in a similar customer support role.
-Receives and handles service requests, following agreed procedures.
-Logs incidents and service requests and maintains relevant records:
-Identifies and classifies incident types and service interruptions.
-Records incidents cataloguing them by symptom and resolution.
-Acts under guidance to record and track reliability data for your services.
-Help with troubleshooting hardware and software.
-Hands-on experience with imaging tools.
-Resolving Day-to-day issues like Mail, Word, Excel, printing, etc
-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Producing user manuals and guidance for end-users
-Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that IT needs are met.
-Develop and maintain an asset management plan for the organization’s assets.
-Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
-Candidates with UAE DL are an added advantage.
