Job Position – IT Service Desk Engineer
Company Name – Triac Solutions
Location: Dubai
Experience Required: 3 – 7years
Notice Period: Immediate
Budget: Approx.7000 AED per month
Key Responsibilities:
-Log and manage all tickets per incident management processes.
-Classify, prioritize, and correlate incidents; provide first-level support using remote control tools when necessary.
-Escalate unresolved incidents to Level-2 support and manage ticket assignments.
-Track incidents until closure, keeping users informed of status and managing SLAs.
-Process service requests, linking them to User IDs and configurations.
-Perform daily health checks and remote administration for Windows OS, Apple iOS, and Microsoft Office.
-Handle user account administration in Active Directory.
Essential Skills:
-3+ years of experience in an IT service desk environment.
-Exp in remote control tools (e.g., ME, Ivanti, SCCM) and ITSM tools (e.g., Manage Engine Service Desk Plus, BMC Remedy, Service-Now).
-Strong knowledge of Windows OS (all versions), Active Directory, Exchange, and O365.
-Excellent planning, organizing, and administrative skills.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under stress.
Qualifications:
-BTEC in Computer Science or related bachelor’s degree.
-Microsoft qualifications (MCP or MCSE).
-CCNA certification.
-ITIL V3/V4 certification
