Job Position – IT Service Desk Engineer

Required Skills:
·Effective Communication Skills: Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in email etiquette and customer service.
· User Support Experience: Required 5 years of experience in handling end user calls, managing incidents and service requests, and addressing application break/fix issues.
· Technical Expertise: Possesses expertise in VDI, Active Directory, O365, VPN, OneDrive, MS Teams, SharePoint, Code 2 Signature, as well as user device management and authentication issues.
· Tool Proficiency: Proficient in working with the latest Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) tools such as TeamViewer, LogMeIn, and Bomgar. Also experienced in using various ticketing tools like ITSM, Manage Engine, Remedy, JIRA, etc.
· ITIL Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with ITIL best practices, particularly in Service Desk, Incident, and Request Management procedures, is preferable.
· Issue Notification and Escalation: Demonstrates the ability to promptly notify and escalate issues based on their severity levels.
