Job Position – IT Service Desk Specialist / End-User Support
Company Name – Raqmiyat
Location: Dubai
Are you passionate about solving tech issues and helping users get back to work quickly? Our client is looking for an IT Service Desk Support professional who can be the first line of defense for technical support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Answering IT support calls and logging incidents in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC, ServiceDesk Plus)
• Providing remote and in-person technical support to business users
• Applying ITIL best practices – Incident Management, SLA adherence, KPI tracking
• Escalating complex issues to internal L2 teams or external vendors
• Setting up and replacing hardware (laptops/desktops) and installing Windows OS & applications
• Troubleshooting printers, scanners, multifunction devices
• AV support in meeting rooms – projectors, TVs, audio systems
• Mobile device configuration & troubleshooting (iPads, Androids, smartphones)
• Basic network troubleshooting and user account management in Active Directory
• Conducting preventive maintenance and supporting IT asset logistics across branches
Preferred Skills:
– Familiarity with ITIL
– Strong communication and customer service mindset
– Hands-on hardware/software support experience
– Immediate Joiners to 30 Days Notice period Preferred
