Job Position – IT Service Improvement Consultant

Responsibilities:
-Conduct comprehensive reviews of IT service management practices, processes, and policies.
-Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and areas of inefficiency in IT service delivery.
-Propose and implement strategies to optimize IT service management practices.
-Collaborate with IT teams to define and refine service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Develop and implement IT service improvement plans.
Duration: for six months non extendable
