IT Specialist

Preferred Skillset and qualification
Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computer science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support, hardware upgrades, and software configuration.
Strong knowledge of POS systems and Windows operating systems.
Familiarity with inventory management tools and asset disposal regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience with ticketing systems and face reader technology.
Knowledge of printer configuration and branding integration.
