Job Position – IT Specialist

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist, IT Technician, or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Familiarity with cloud services like Microsoft Azure, Office 365, AWS, or similar.
Experience with network management (LAN, WAN, VPNs) and security protocols.
Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose complex issues.
Knowledge of Active Directory, group policies, and user account management.
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and prioritize workload.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, MySQL).
Salary: 4000 AED
