Job Position – IT Specialist / Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and IT infrastructure
-Provide technical support to staff, resolving hardware and software issues promptly
-Monitor network performance and ensure system security
-Install and configure software, hardware, and other IT tools
-Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices
-Collaborate with team members to improve system efficiency and performance
-Prepare reports on IT operations and recommend improvements
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the IT field
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment
-Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
