Job Position – IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide IT support and technical assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues.
• Ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
• Communicate effectively in Arabic and English.
• Adhere to ITIL knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in technical support or service desk is a plus.
• ITIL knowledge required.
• Must be 30 years old or younger.
• Must have a car and a valid UAE driver’s license.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to join within a reasonable timeframe.
