Job Position – IT Support Engineer

Company Name  – Exeed Industries

Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain and support hardware, software, networks, and systems
– Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
– Manage Active Directory, O365, backups, and security tools
– Provide user support via phone, email, and remote access
– Configure and monitor network devices (switches, routers, firewalls)
– Ensure data security, documentation, and disaster-recovery readiness

What We’re Looking For:
– Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent
– 3+ years IT support/engineering experience
– ITIL Foundation & CCNA required
– Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
– Experience with AD, Azure AD, Windows, mobile OS, and helpdesk tools
– Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
– Arabic proficiency is an advantage
