Hiring a skilled and proactive to provide first- and second-line technical support within a Microsoft-based environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and core Windows desktop/server troubleshooting. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily IT operations, responding to user requests, maintaining system availability, and supporting the wider infrastructure and security frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide first- and second-line IT support to end users across Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
– Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) accounts, security groups, and access permissions.
– Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and email flow.
– Support Azure Virtual Machines, storage, and network configurations under supervision.
– Troubleshoot issues across Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications.
– Perform system maintenance, updates, and patch management.
– Support device setup and configuration (Windows 10/11, mobile devices, and peripherals).
– Maintain and document IT incidents, assets, and change logs using ticketing systems.
– Assist with endpoint security, antivirus, and backup checks.
– Support network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
– Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and assist in project rollouts when required.

Skills & Experience:
– 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or service desk role.
– Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Azure portal, and Windows OS.
– Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Admin Center, and Intune desirable.
– Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
– Customer-focused attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities.
– Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Autotask, Zoho Desk) preferred.

Qualifications:
– CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), or MS-900 preferred.
– Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline advantageous.
