Requirement:
Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)- L1 / L2 End-User & Desktop Support experience , Windows 10 / Windows 11 troubleshooting , Hardware & peripheral support (desktop, laptop, printer, scanner) ,Outlook configuration and troubleshooting ‘Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint user support ‘ Remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP) , User onboarding & offboarding ,Ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira, ManageEngine) , IT asset management / asset tagging (Snipe-IT or similar) , Active Directory user management (password reset, account unlock) , Basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN client support)
