Desired Candidate Profile:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
– Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT support or similar role
– Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS
– Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
– Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools
– Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and repair
