Job Position – IT Support Engineer
Company Name – Paraminfo
Location : Dubai (Onsite)
Join our team immediately (0-15 days).
Experience : 4-5 years (Retail IT / End User Support)
Key Skills
– Strong proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) handling and Retail IT Support
– Proficiency in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Intune (MDM/MAM)
– Support for meeting room systems (Teams/Zoom/Logitech/Polycom)
– Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
– Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, and network fundamentals (LAN/Wi-Fi/IP)
– Microsoft certifications (MD-102 / MCSA) are preferred
