Job Position – IT Support Engineer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will tackle software and hardware issues through both onsite support and remote assistance, working in tandem with our central IT support helpdesk to ensure client satisfaction. This role requires coordination with network engineers and vendors to manage network access changes efficiently and in accordance with SLA requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the implementation of IT business applications.
– Collect business information for IT requirements and prepare reports.
– Maintain a knowledge database for common user issues.
– Manage IT equipment inventory and handle preventive maintenance.
– Guide the team on ongoing IT operational issues.
– Oversee email account licenses.
– Manage IT infrastructure requirements for new and existing site offices ensuring network security and privacy.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Knowledge: Proficient with various operating systems and platforms.
Problem-solving: Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Communication: Excellent skills to effectively assist users
Customer Service: High level of service delivery.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
Education: Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
