Job Position – IT Support Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
– 2+ years of experience in IT support.
– Strong knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and networking basics.
