Job Position – IT Support Specialist
Company Name – ACOUSTIEG
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Responsible for providing technical assistance to employees, maintaining IT systems and devices, and ensuring efficient and uninterrupted IT operations across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
– Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
– Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, connectivity, and performance issues.
– Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions across company systems.
– Perform routine system updates, backups, and preventive IT maintenance.
– Monitor network connectivity and assist in resolving network-related problems.
– Support the setup of IT equipment for new employees and office workstations.
– Maintain proper documentation of IT incidents, support tickets, and system updates.
– Assist in implementing IT policies, security procedures, and best practices.
– Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when necessary for system support or upgrades.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles.
– Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and basic networking concepts.
– Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common business applications.
– Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and resolve technical issues efficiently.
– English proficiency is preferred.
