-Assist in providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

-University Certificate in Computer engineer or a related field.
-3-5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
-Familiarity with IT systems, software, and hardware.
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively and under supervision.
