Job Position – IT Support & System Administrator
Company Name – Alleanza Healthcare
Location: Dubai, UAE
A skilled IT professional to support our growing operations. The role will cover hardware, software, networking, and medical device support to ensure smooth business and clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide day-to-day IT support (PCs, laptops, printers, MS Office, email).
– Support Implementation of CRM, HRMS and other platforms.
– Manage networks, servers, and security systems.
– Troubleshoot and maintain hardware/software.
– Support integration & troubleshooting of medical devices.
– Ensure backups, security, and data protection.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science (or related).
-4 years IT support/system admin experience.
-Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, networking.
-Experience with healthcare/medical devices is a plus.
-Problem-solving attitude & excellent communication skills.
