Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site and remote IT support to our clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Hands-on experience or understanding of firewalls, server switches, and networking devices
• Assist with IT infrastructure setup and maintenance
• Continuously learn and explore new technologies independently
What We’re Looking For:
• Basic knowledge of IT support, networking, firewalls & switches
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to travel for on-site support (within UAE)
• A self-motivated mindset with a passion for growth
• Candidates must be currently available in the UAE
