Key Responsibilities:
– Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and peripherals.
– Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues for desktops, laptops, servers, and other equipment.
– Perform regular hardware upgrades, maintenance, and repairs.
– Collaborate with the IT team to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
– Assist in setting up and maintaining network equipment and infrastructure.
– Provide technical support for end-users, addressing hardware concerns.
– Document hardware configurations, issues, and resolutions.
Qualifications:
INTER OR BACHELORS
– Proven experience in IT hardware support or a related role.
– Strong knowledge of computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
– Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
– Familiarity with network infrastructure and devices is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
