Job Position – IT Systems Support Specialist

Looking for a skilled IT professional to join our growing team. This role combines technical IT support with applications expertise, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 across all major modules.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide day-to-day IT support across departments
– Administer and support Dynamics AX 2012:
– Procurement & Sourcing
– Inventory Management
– Sales & Marketing
– Production Control
– General Ledger & Financials
– Management Reporting
– Develop and customize reports based on business needs
– Collaborate with business units to enhance system usability and performance
– Assist in application troubleshooting and end-user training
Requirements:
– Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Support and Applications Management
– Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 (all modules mentioned)
– Strong reporting and report development skills
– Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication abilities
= Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
