Location: Ras Al Khaimah
Candidate should have certified on ITIL, MCSA, CCNA, CCNP Switching and Cloud Certification Microsoft Azure. Provide Network and Telecommunication services for both internal and external customers in effective, efficient and timely manner in order to deliver the agreed service levels. Provide, maintain and monitor organization’s desktop computing environment for both internal and external customers in effective, efficient and timely manner to ensure smooth desktop services. Efficiently and effectively resolve complaints, service requests, problems and changes in a timely manner in order to meet the agreed service levels with both internal and external customers. Accurately communicate with both internal and external customers in a timely manner in order to keep them up to data with the required information. Hands on Experience in Dell EMC & Avamar. Hands on Experience in Manage engine products for Desktop central & MDM. Experience in contact sync GAL Management to mobile device. VMware ESXI based virtualization infrastructure . Experience in Managing Sky Jana, Sun Systems Applications and Avaya IP office Manager. Experience in Video conference facilities such Yealink, Polycom, Logitech, and Click share
