Job Position – IT Technical Support

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Information System
-A minimum of 2 years of experience
Responsibilities:
– Troubleshoot and repair technical problems (hardware/software) areas needed by the end users when possible.
– Competent in understanding the functionality of modules like Facilities Management System, Oracle Property Manager, SAP, Inventory Management System, Asset Management system, payroll and Biometric devices and systems.
– Installation of Operating systems and other software
– Good communication skills
– Excellent IT skills
