• Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and systems.
• Support Microsoft, Adobe, and Google Workspace tools.
• Handle system upgrades, performance issues, and documentation.
• Collaborate with medical staff to deliver IT solutions.
• Monitor and enhance system security and performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Must be Good In English Spoken And Written
• 3–4 years of IT support experience (healthcare preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with EMR & PACS systems.
