Job Position – IT Technical Support Specialist

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
– Provide first-level and second-level technical support to end users.
– Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues efficiently.
– Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
– Diagnose and resolve network-related issues (LAN / Wi-Fi).
– Support user accounts, permissions, and basic administration in Active Directory.
– Perform routine IT maintenance and system updates.
– Respond to IT tickets, incidents, and service requests in a timely manner.
– Guide users with clear instructions and ensure excellent user experience.
– Document issues, solutions, and IT procedures when required.
Requirements & Skills:
– 1–3 years of experience in IT Technical Support.
– Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and troubleshooting techniques.
– Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi).
– Experience with Active Directory user support.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and under pressure.
– Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude.
