Job Position – ITSM Helpdesk Coordinator

To be the first point of contact for clients and ensure seamless IT support.
-3+ years of experience in desktop support, service desk
-Strong knowledge of Manage Engine Service Desk or Similar
-Familiar with ITIL framework and ticketing systems
-Proven track record in resolving complex technical issues
Location – Abu Dhabi , UAE
Salary – AED 4,000- 5,000/ All Inclusive
Should be open to work in night shifts if required.
