Jira and Confluence Administrator
Location: Abu Dhabi
• Expertise level of experience in supporting Jira Software
• Support creation and management of dashboards and reports configurations
• Install, manage and administer Jira & confluence add-ons, plugins, and extensions
• Create, maintain and support dashboards and advanced filters for end users reporting capabilities
• Experience on Zephyr Plugin & Power BI for Jira & confluence
• Resolve issues as they arise with Jira & confluence Projects & close the same in ServiceNow
• Interact with existing vendors for support and troubleshooting
• Experience in Jira & confluence Integrations.
• Knowledge of IIS troubleshooting.
• Understanding and knowledge of secure channel integration with Jira & confluence interfaces.
Secondary Skills: Active Directory 2008 R2\2012 R2; Windows server 2008 R2\2012 R2; DNS, DHCP and Failover Clustering
Person should have an excellent hands-on knowledge on Primary technologies (L3 level) and Secondary technologies (L1+ Level). Minimum 5+ Years’ experience
Must have a vast experience on the Wintel operations including day to day customer interactions and handling of issues.
Must have a good experience on the project implementations / Participations including Project plan and driving it end to end.
