Job Position – Joinery Factory Manager

LOCATION: Umm Al Quwain, UAE
To oversee and coordinate manufacturing operations for joinery projects. This role involves managing production, ensuring quality control, leading a skilled team, and working with other departments to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Management:
• Plan, schedule, and oversee manufacturing processes for fit-out and joinery projects.
• Ensure production meets required specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Monitor operations to achieve efficiency and productivity targets.
Team Leadership:
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of skilled joinery and production staff.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.
Quality Control:
• Develop and maintain quality control processes to ensure high workmanship standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits for compliance with industry standards.
• Address and resolve quality issues promptly.
Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to align production with project timelines.
• Work with procurement to ensure the availability of necessary materials and resources.
• Manage logistics and distribution for timely delivery of finished products.
Requirements:
-10+ years of experience in joinery manufacturing in the UAE
-Strong leadership and project management skills
-Knowledge of quality control and production efficiency best practices
