Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities
-Assist with daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
-Prepare financial reports and reconciliations
-Support audits and financial closing processes
-Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
-Ensure proper filing of financial data
-Work closely with the finance team to support day-to-day operations
-Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements
-Strong foundation in accounting principles
-Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
-Internal Audit / MIS experience, Junior Accountant experience, or CA / CS / CMA internship experience preferred
-Knowledge of Claude AI or other AI tools will be an advantage
-Self-motivated, eager to learn, and quick to adapt
-Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-High attention to detail and analytical mindset
