Job Position – Junior Estimation Engineer

A full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing both technical and commercial proposals for tender projects, contributing to the overall bidding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyse project documentation and specifications to assess the scope of work and required resources.
Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing and resource information for tenders.
Develop a detailed technical and financial proposals for senior estimation engineer review.
Perform cost-benefit analyses to identify potential cost-saving measures throughout the project lifecycle.
Work alongside the senior estimation engineer and engineering team to generate accurate and competitive quotes.
Stay informed about industry trends, standards, and regulations to maintain compliance and competitiveness in bids.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in costing and tendering projects of prefabricated buildings.
Familiarity with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) requirements in prefabricated buildings.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
